Graduate School in Engineering
Building on the strengths of majors in physics, mathematics, computer science, chemistry, and biology, the University of Richmond offers students with a career interest in engineering and a strong foundation to pursue graduate studies in engineering. Students interested in a master's or doctorate degree in engineering are strongly encouraged to major in the sciences (physics, interdisciplinary physics, computer science, mathematics, or chemistry). Many students choose this path and it is our experience that engineering programs are eager to accept University of Richmond students with strong records in the sciences.
